Affirmations are all about trying to change thought patterns that are built up from the minute you are born in the subconscious. So the very first thing to begin with is to recognise thoughts as to whether thay are true in the first place.

For example; No pain no gain - is a saying BUT
Could that phsychological belief stop you from learning something easily?

UNTELL YOURSELF!

Believe, Articulate, Recognize and Detach
BARD


Test your thoughts-What are you thinking?
Say them out loud-hear them too!
Recognize how they've made you feel/react!
Detach and diassemble these thoughts

Believe!

If you are unhappy in anyway-let it come into your consciousness and address it.

Articulate!

What are the thoughts that make you feel this way full of despair, terror, Spot the thoughts behind this pain.

Recognize!

Examine the beliefs to see if there are flaws in it's logic

Is your thought (whatever it is) Is it holding you prisoner?
Is it true OR false?

Can you think of a time when you've ignored a thought(and the world didn't end)?

Have you believed in something and it still went badly?

Has anyone else done this thing and everything has turned out great!

Detach!

Allow the thought to wriggle loose as you logically disprove these them and eventually they will disappear.

So many people feel that affirmations don't work because just saying positive things over and over again on there own DON'T!!

Change your Life
(one little bit at a time)

1)Mentally walk through the part you want to change

2) Identify the worst part of that experience

3)Picture a beautiful recreation of that scene(how you want it)

4) Find something you can change-walk to work-go a different way-communicate differently!

5) Bring that into the worst part of your life.

6) Stop doing something that is part of that life.

7) Keep on repeating these small changes

& remember

If you keep doing the things you've always done
You will keep getting the things you've always got!!!

Live while you are alive
learn to be what you are in the seed of your spirit;
Learn to free yourself from all things that have molded you
And which limit your secret and undiscovered road...
